In the Woods: Chapter 8
Camera On
Yo, yo, yo… This is Andrew…
The police have to stop coming into the woods. They have to stop dropping bombs.
You won’t find me.
This does not have to be a war.
Guys, it is not important to save me. You need to worry about the woods.
Areni, “Bigfoot,” is good. He wants to protect the woods. He doesn’t care about himself. He cares about the thousands of living things here.
Areni was not angry when we built houses in this town. He was not angry when we built a shopping mall, a highway, or two schools.
We need shopping malls. We need highways. We really need schools.
But do we need data centers?
Do we need to cut down hundreds of trees?
Do we need our water to be dirty?
Don’t attack Areni. He will not die. We will die, and our world will die too.
We have two more days to stop the data centers.
